
La seconda edizione della conferenza Cultural Heritage online – Empowering users: an active role for user communities, svoltasi a Firenze il 15-16 Dicembre 2009, ha confermato l’interesse per i temi proposti, nonché l’attendibilità e la solida rete di collaborazioni che la Fondazione Rinascimento Digitale si è guadagnata nel settore delle nuove tecnologie applicate alla valorizzazione e conservazione dei Beni Culturali.
L'evento è stato un incontro fecondo di considerazioni, riflessioni, stimoli e anche un’occasione di confronto e di scambio di esperienze per numerose iniziative e progetti internazionali, che sono stati presentati da importanti istituzioni pubbliche e private, nazionali ed estere, impegnate nel settore culturale e ormai sempre più interessate ed attente al mondo dell’ICT, all’utilizzo delle tecnologie informatiche e alla fruizione delle risorse culturali in formato digitale.
